The Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST), serving as the facilitator of the Executive Leadership Programme, is delighted to announce a noteworthy success. Recently, participants of the program grasped a remarkable opportunity to showcase their projects at the esteemed Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government in Dubai, marking the culmination of an intensive week-long educational journey.

This milestone follows an immersive course attended by participants, featuring a blend of physical and online lectures conducted by experienced UAE-based lecturers. The Executive Leadership Programme, meticulously crafted for Directors and Assistant Directors in the Maltese public sector, provided a comprehensive and immersive learning experience through a dynamic mix of virtual and in-person lectures.

During their stay in Dubai, each participant group enjoyed the privilege of visiting various government entities, companies, and institutions directly relevant to their project topics. This immersive experience granted participants firsthand exposure to the intricacies of their respective fields, enriching their understanding, and augmenting the practical applicability of their projects.
