The Technical Support Instrument (TSI) is the EU programme that provides tailor-made technical expertise to EU Member States to design and implement reforms. By providing on the ground support to overcome reform challenges, the TSI helps Member States to recover from the social and economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, to improve the quality of public services and to reinforce sustainable and inclusive economic growth. The technical support is provided in a wide range of policy areas, including but not limited to climate action, digital transition and health.
This THCS shared learning webinar, organized by WP10, will explore how TSI instrument can support the transformation of health and social care systems.
The webinar will also be an opportunity to learn more about real-life applications of this instrument by showcasing three case studies focusing on integrated care, child & youth wellbeing and mental health and digital skills. These case studies will illustrate the impact of the TSI instrument on the ground, demonstrating the full cycle of the support from the preparation, to implementation and post-projects sustainability.
Webinar will be held on 4 June 2025, 13:00 - 14:00 CEST.
