Participants are invited to submit COST Action proposals contributing to the scientific, technological, economic, cultural or societal knowledge advancement and development of Europe. Multi- and interdisciplinary proposals are encouraged.
The Open Call Action proposal submission, evaluation, selection and approval (SESA) procedure is fully science and technology-driven and will ensure a simple, transparent and competitive proposal evaluation and selection process, reflecting the bottom-up, open and inclusive principles of COST.
Participants planning to submit a proposal for a COST Action will need to refer to the SESA guidelines and to the Open Call Announcement on the Documents and Guidelines page.

The Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST) is pleased to announce the launch of the European Innovation Council (EIC) Support Scheme.
The European Commission adopted the 2023 work programme of the European Innovation Council. It opens funding opportunities worth over €1.6 billion in 2023 for breakthrough ideas.
The scheme is intended to support single companies classified as SME[1] (including Start-Ups) or other entities established in Malta, who plan to apply as sole applicant, or leader of a consortium, to all options of the European Innovation Council Programme., including Pathfinder, Transition and Accelerator.
According to the EIC program they will apply, applicants may select different relevant options to receive support, as described below and in detail in the Support Scheme documentation C (which covers the full stage application) depending on the stage of their EIC application and/or project.
