The European Partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) aims to support the transformation of health and care systems with innovative solutions driven by knowledge and evidence. The general objective of THCS is to contribute to the transition towards more sustainable, efficient, resilient, inclusive, innovative, and high-quality people-centred health and care systems equally accessible to all people.
The THCS Transferability and Implementation Framework aims to support, promote, and speed up the transfer and implementation of evidence-informed solutions and practices across the health and care systems. The framework defines 1) the paradigmatic commitments on which the framework and its understanding of transferability and implementation are based, 2) the principles of how to perform the tasks of transferring and adapting solutions developed elsewhere, 3) the contents for describing solutions, and 4) the key tasks to perform when transferring, adapting and implementing a solution developed elsewhere.
The THCS framework is primarily directed to those who plan, coordinate, and perform the development activities in health and care organisations. These kinds of development activities can be performed as part of development programs, projects, and everyday practices.
THCS gathers by this survey comments on and feedback of the framework for its further development. The framework can be commented by the experts of the THCS partner organisations and by the diverse experts outside the partnership, who has experience of transfer, adaptation, and implementation activities in health and care systems. In addition to that your feedback helps to shape the next version of the framework, the framework might open to you new insights to transferability and implementation.
