Learn how new technologies offer us alternatives to animal testing, allowing us to study diseases, develop new therapies and ensure the safety of chemicals.

19-23 May 2025, at the Joint Research Centre in Ispra, Italy

Free of charge, but participants need to cover the costs of their travel and accommodation (there are travel grants available)

Open to students (Master or PhD) and early-career scientists (maximum 4 years after completing studies) with a strong interest in non-animal approaches, working in relevant fields of research and application.

Deadline for applications: 15 January 2025

The scientific programme will focus on complex in vitro methods and computational modelling used in biomedical research and regulatory applications.
