This survey forms part of the SEREN5 project. The SEREN5 project commenced in October 2022 and is the Network of National Contact Points for Cluster 3 Civil Security for Society, funded by the EU Commissions Horizon Europe (HE) Framework Programme.

SEREN5 aims to support security stakeholders responding to the challenges laid down within Cluster 3, including those arising from persistent security threats, cybercrime, as well as natural and man-made disasters.

Your assistance in completing this survey is of great importance to us and will contribute to ensuring an enhancement of the customer journey and experience when using the SEREN5 services.
