BlueMissionMed Survey
It-Tlieta, April 9, 2024

As part of the EU-funded BlueMissionMed project aimed to Supporting The Mediterranean Sea Basin for the Implementation of the EU Mission Restore Our Ocean And Waters, we are committed to fostering an innovation ecosystem and accelerating the implementation of solutions—technological, social, business, and governance—to swiftly advance towards the objectives of protecting and restoring the health of our Ocean and Waters.

To achieve this goal, we rely on your contribution in defining participative priorities for the Mediterranean basin through the BlueMissionMed questionnaire.

This survey aims to gather insights from stakeholders regarding the needs, gaps, and priorities for combating pollution from chemicals, plastics, and microplastics across the Mediterranean. Your valuable contributions will play a significant role in guiding the next steps towards achieving the targets outlined by the EU Mission "Restore our Ocean and Waters" in the Mediterranean Sea, which will be integrated into the BlueMissionMed Operational Implementation Roadmap.

Structured around seven key economic sectors—Agriculture, Aquaculture, Fisheries, Ports & Transport, Tourism, Wastewater Treatment Plants & Solid Waste Management in Cities, and Plastics Industry—the questionnaire presents multiple-choice questions. We encourage stakeholders to share their perspectives on the maturity level of proposed actions/solutions and identify implementation barriers relevant to their sectors.

Available in six languages—English, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish, and Turkish—the questionnaire is accessible to all Mediterranean stakeholders.

Your active participation in the Operational Implementation Roadmap Questionnaire is pivotal for our collective efforts in achieving Mission objectives in the Mediterranean. It only takes 10 minutes!
