The CPMR Intermediterranean Commission is looking for a consultant/service provider to lead a Transformative Innovation Policy Lab (#TIPLab) on sustainable water management in Mediterranean coastal regions under the Interreg Euro-MED Programme – Innovative Sustainable Economy Mission, #Dialogue4Innovation project.

Key Tasks:

• Design & facilitate 3 interconnected policy lab sessions;
• Engage key regional authorities and other quadruple helix stakeholders across the Mediterranean Sea basin;
• Discuss systemic territorial challenges, explore innovative solutions, debate key legislation and discover ways to translate findings into public policies;
• Report, evaluate, and contribute to systemic innovation.

Your profile:

• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement & facilitation;
• Knowledge of Mediterranean and EU water management policies;
• Experience with European Territorial Cooperation projects;
• luency in English (Mediterranean languages are a GREAT plus!);
• Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills.

Contract period: September 2025 - December 2026
